CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


CANCELING YOUR FREE MEMBERSHIP
You may cancel your free membership at any time by logging in to GoogleMailGuide.com, then visit your My Account page and click on Subscriptions, then click “Cancel”. If you choose to cancel, you will no longer be able to access some of the protected content from our site.GoogleMailGuide.com reserves the right to cancel a membership due to a violation of our Terms of Use Agreement.

REFUNDS REGARDING MONTHLY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIPS
Premium Member subscribers are billed $9.95 U.S. monthly. Due to the nature of our content, we do not offer refunds if you cancel before your first month of membership. You can however cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership simply log intoGoogleMailGuide.com then visit your My Account page and click on Subscriptions, then click Cancel to cancel your monthly subscription.GoogleMailGuide.com reserves the right to cancel a membership due to a violation of our Terms of Use Agreement.

We do not prorate accounts. For for example, if you start your Premium Membership on January 1st, 2017, and decide to cancel your membership on January 20th, 2017, you will not be billed again come February 1st, 2017. You will continue to enjoy your Premium Membership until your first month’s membership is complete. At that point your membership will revert back to a Free Subscriber.

If your membership started on January 1st, 2017 and cancel your membership on February 20th, 2017, you will not be refunded or prorated for the remainder of any month. Our system will simply stop the recurring monthly billing process and you will no longer be billed on March 1st, 2017.

REFUNDS REGARDING ONE-ON-ONE GMAIL HELP SUPPORT SERVICE
If after determining that we cannot resolve your problem, members are entitled to a full refund.

RECURRING ISSUES AFTER PROVIDING ONE-ON-ONE GMAIL HELP SUPPORT
Our “One-On-One Gmail Help Support Service” includes one incident per case. After resolving an issue, we consider our duties concluded and the incident closed. Future issues may require members to order this service again regardless if the issue is related to a previous incident or not.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
